Job description

About Casey's Creative Kitchens

At Casey's Creative Kitchens, we believe kitchens are the backdrop of life, where morning routines, family dinners, and lasting memories are made. For over 48 years, we've been designing and crafting custom cabinetry across Southwestern Ontario, guided by one simple principle: form follows function.

From design and custom cabinetry to stone countertop fabrication, we offer a complete approach to transforming spaces. Now in our second generation of family ownership, we've grown to an 82,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and a team of 100+ skilled professionals, all while staying true to the values the company has been built on.

Where You Come In

As a Service Administrator, you'll play an important role in keeping our Service department organized and running smoothly. You'll work closely with our manufacturing and Service teams to coordinate service parts, prepare work orders, manage schedules, and ensure our technicians have what they need to get the job done.

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll need a strong understanding of cabinetry components and manufacturing processes, along with the ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers. This role offers a mix of administrative responsibilities and hands-on work, so no two days will look quite the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage service work orders and prepare the necessary paperwork for parts to move through production.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing Team Leaders to ensure service parts are completed and available when needed.
  • Review work orders and shop drawings to identify, locate, and prepare parts for Service Technicians and Onsite Quality Control.
  • Wrap, organize, and prepare service parts for pickup or delivery.
  • Maintain and update service schedules and delivery calendars.
  • Communicate with builders, customers, and internal teams regarding service requirements and timelines.
  • Assist with troubleshooting service-related issues and coordinating solutions to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Support the Service department with other administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry components, manufacturing processes, and shop floor operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret cabinetry shop drawings and plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Previous experience in cabinetry manufacturing, service coordination, or a related field is considered an asset.

What We Offer

  • Fair and competitive wages
  • A culture of continuous learning
  • A team committed to community and giving back
  • Steady business growth
  • Health Spending Account, Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance
  • Paid Vacation time
  • Paid sick time
  • RRSP Matching Program
  • Safety Boot/Shoe Reimbursement Plan
