Job description

As a Tim Hortons Supervisor, you will help lead the restaurant team and support the smooth operation of each shift. You will oversee Team Members, assign tasks, maintain service standards, assist with training, and ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and well stocked.

Supervisors are also responsible for helping resolve guest concerns, supporting food safety and operational procedures, and stepping in wherever needed during busy periods.

This role is a great fit for someone who is dependable, confident, organized, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

A Supervisor’s workday will vary depending on whether they are working a morning or evening shift.

Morning Supervisors help open and organize the restaurant for the day, assign Team Members to their positions, ensure products and supplies are ready, monitor service times, support the breakfast rush, complete required checks and paperwork, and make sure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and running efficiently.

Evening Supervisors focus on leading the team through afternoon and evening service, managing breaks and positions, keeping the restaurant stocked and organized, addressing guest concerns, completing cleaning and closing duties, preparing the restaurant for the next day, and ensuring all required procedures are completed before the end of the shift.

Throughout every shift, Supervisors are expected to lead by example, support Team Members, maintain service and food safety standards, and step in wherever needed.

The most important part of the Supervisor role is being a strong, dependable leader who can keep the team organized and the restaurant running smoothly.

Supervisors are expected to lead by example, communicate clearly, support Team Members, and make confident decisions during busy periods. Staying calm under pressure, maintaining strong guest service, and ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are followed are all essential.

A great Supervisor is approachable, accountable, organized, and willing to step in wherever the team needs support.

We value strong leaders and want our Supervisors to feel supported, appreciated, and motivated to grow with the company.

Eligible Supervisors may receive:

* 50% off eligible menu items during scheduled shifts
* Medical benefits
* Dental benefits
* Opportunities for additional training and development
* Opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Manager positions
* A supportive, team-focused work environment

We focus on retaining great employees by recognizing strong performance, providing opportunities for growth, and creating a workplace where Supervisors feel valued and supported in their leadership role.

Benefit eligibility may depend on employment status and length of service.
