Working closely with leaders and subject matter experts, the Training Associate helps ensure employees understand the full client journey, internal processes, service expectations, and quality standards required to deliver seamless support to aircraft owner-clients and other client stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver structured onboarding and job-specific training for new and existing client-facing Client Services and Operations employees.
  • Train client-facing employees on client service standards, client communication, portfolio support, internal workflows, and cross-functional coordination with Flight Coordination, Maintenance, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on instruction in required systems and tools, including Avianis, SalesForce, client portals, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Use practical scenarios, shadowing, demonstrations, and guided practice to build role readiness.
  • Explain role responsibilities related to trip support, invoicing review, reporting, budget support, crew coordination, urgent situations, and client meetings.
  • Reinforce confidentiality, regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and professional communication expectations.
  • Assess training progress through observation, knowledge checks, practical exercises, and documented competency reviews.
  • Provide timely, constructive coaching and identify additional training or reinforcement needs.
  • Conduct follow-up training and refresher sessions to address performance trends, process changes, and recurring service issues.
  • Develop and maintain training plans, job aids, standard operating procedures, checklists, reference materials, and knowledge assessments.
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness, standardize workflows, and strengthen service consistency.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide progress updates to Client Services leadership.
  • Lead or participate in related Client Services training, quality, and operational initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Aviation, Adult Education, Training and Development, Communications, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in client services, aviation operations, training, onboarding, or a related environment.
  • Previous experience in client-facing, owner services, aviation operations, training, facilitation, or coaching job performance is strongly preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in both flight coordination and client relationship roles, with a strong understanding of the enterprise mindset needed to balance client needs, operational realities, and cross-functional business priorities.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex operational information clearly and adapt training to different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Strong knowledge of client service practices and aviation operations, with the practical judgment required to train employees on routine responsibilities and complex service situations.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, strong listening skills, and the ability to provide respectful, actionable feedback.
  • Strong observation, assessment, problem-solving, planning, documentation, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • A calm, organized, patient, and professional approach, with the ability to manage multiple trainees and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and operational software such as Avianis and SalesForce is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with learning management systems or other digital training tools is considered an asset.
