Our large-scale benefits

At LOU-TEC, we know there are people behind every job site. That's why we do everything we can to make sure you're doing well at work and in your personal life. We think big for you!

    • 10 statutory holidays + 3 floating days off (paid out if unused).
  • More retirement planning: retirement savings plan (3% employer + 3% employee).
  • More recognition and fun:
    • Years-of-service recognition (up to $4,000);
    • Regular social events — BBQs, bowling, Christmas party and more!
  • A little extra:
    • Free rentals and discounts on tool and equipment rentals.

Your day-to-day:

  • Take an active part in performance review meetings and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and results.
  • Track market trends and the competition to stay informed on industry developments.

Your profile:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French.
  • Ability to safely and repeatedly lift, move and handle loads of up to 20 lbs (9 kg), in accordance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and persuasion tactics.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and business development strategies.
