This is a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant who wants to go beyond traditional administrative support and play an active role in helping our leaders and teams operate effectively.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the execution of social and team events working closely with other team members to help bring our cultural events to life.
  • Keep others in the immediate team informed and up to date about the status/progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.
  • Responsible for coordinating all details surrounding meetings including booking meeting rooms, ordering catering and other support as required.

What experience do you have?

  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume administrative role, with 1-2 years of experience directly supporting executives or senior leaders.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma preferred.
  • A high-energy individual who takes initiative, rolls up their sleeves, and is committed to supporting key stakeholders.
  • A resourceful team player who is proactive, adaptable, and able to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Comfortable exercising discretion and sound judgment while working independently within established guidelines.
  • Highly proficient with technology and eager to leverage new tools to improve efficiency and better support the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
