Weve grown into an essential community hub, providing holistic wellness services, recreational programming, food security initiatives, and support for individuals and families experiencing crisis.

As our next Executive Director, youll work alongside a passionate Board of Directors and a dedicated staff and volunteer team to foster a vibrant community that cares for each other. We need an inspiring, compassionate, and forward-thinking leader who can:
Lead with Heart: Set the tone and foster an inclusive and community-first culture.
Keep the Engine Running: Manage day-to-day operations and community spaces, support program and service delivery, and lead organizational administration.
Grow the Mission: Identify funding opportunities, develop grant proposals, cultivate partnerships, and secure the resources needed to keep ARCA's programs and services affordable and accessible.
Be the Face of ARCA: Represent ARCA and develop strong relationships with neighbours, local partners, the City of Regina, and community leaders.
