Great Service Starts With You

Getting RVs from factories to dealerships takes planning, coordination, and clear communication. Behind every successful delivery is a logistics team making sure drivers, equipment, and schedules are aligned.

That's where you come in.

Fraserway RV is looking for a Freight Dispatcher to support our transportation and logistics operations. You'll help coordinate drivers, schedule deliveries, maintain transportation records, and keep RV shipments moving efficiently between factories and dealerships.

If you have knowledge of transportation and logistics, strong communication and computer skills, and enjoy staying organized in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Do

You'll support the daily movement of RVs while working closely with drivers, dealerships, and the Freight & Logistics Manager to keep deliveries on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate daily dispatch: Schedule drivers and equipment to transport RVs between factories and dealerships.

  • Plan driver assignments: Organize daily and weekly driver schedules to support efficient and timely deliveries.

  • Keep shipments on track: Maintain shipping logs, monitor upcoming and completed deliveries, and communicate schedule changes.

  • Support cross-border transportation: Prepare e-manifest lead sheets, process customs documentation, and help resolve border or broker issues.

  • Maintain driver records: Prepare trip reports, coordinate driver tablets, and keep transportation documents and driver files organized.

  • Monitor equipment maintenance: Track truck servicing requirements, maintenance records, and annual commercial inspections.

  • Support regulatory compliance: Coordinate driver abstract updates, US DOT registration renewals, vehicle insurance, and licence plate renewals.

  • Assist with administrative tasks: Review monthly credit card statements, maintain accurate records, and support other freight and logistics activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong communication and computer skills with transportation and logistics knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Have knowledge of transportation, freight, and logistics operations

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Are proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office and related systems

  • Have experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or logistics administration

  • Are familiar with customs documentation and cross-border shipping procedures

  • Can communicate effectively with drivers, contractors, and other departments

  • Have strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous experience coordinating drivers, working with customs documentation, or using transportation management systems would be an asset.

  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits

  • Employee and family bursary program

  • Discounts on RV purchases, rentals, parts, and accessories
