Description

About Davies Home Healthcare

At Davies Home Healthcare, our work is about more than medical equipment — it’s about helping people live healthier, more independent lives.

Davies has become a trusted part of the communities we serve by combining high-quality medical products with knowledgeable, compassionate service.

We’re proud of the team we’ve built, and we’re always looking for people who share our commitment to helping others. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference every day while being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Work With Us?

We believe taking care of our customers starts with taking care of our people.

At Davies, we are committed to providing:

  • A safe, supportive and respectful workplace
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Work schedules that support a healthy work-life balance
  • A collaborative environment where you work alongside members of the broader healthcare team
  • A workplace culture built around health, compassion and service

For our full-time team members, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, disability and life insurance, along with course and professional development reimbursement, mental health resources, paid time off for your birthday, bonuses and team social events.

Health above all else. As a healthcare company, we believe that principle applies not only to the people we serve, but to our employees as well.

The Opportunity

Our Inside Sales Associates are often the first person a customer sees when they walk through our doors or the first voice they hear when they call. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive experience for every customer.

This is a retail position with a clinical focus. Many of our team members come from healthcare backgrounds such as care aides, nurses and rehabilitation professionals, but previous medical experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our products, equipment and fittings, including compression fitting certification.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

What Makes This Role Different?

  • Part-time position
  • Regular 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts
  • No required overtime
  • No commission or high-pressure sales targets
  • A healthcare-focused role without the traditional clinical burnout
  • Meaningful daily interaction with customers who genuinely need your help
  • Full training and ongoing product education
  • Opportunities to develop valuable healthcare and rehabilitation knowledge

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a career in healthcare without the demands of a traditional clinical environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in a friendly, professional and compassionate manner
  • Listen carefully to customers and help determine what products or solutions best meet their needs
  • Provide knowledgeable, personalized service in a retail environment
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, healthcare professionals and teammates
  • Learn and stay current on rehabilitation, mobility and home healthcare products
  • Assist with product fittings and provide guidance on the appropriate use of equipment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being comfortable taking initiative independently
  • Maintain an enthusiastic, friendly and professional approach throughout the customer experience
  • Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping others
  • Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with people
  • A strong communicator and active listener
  • Reliable, organized and able to work independently
  • A positive team player who is willing to learn
  • Comfortable learning new products, equipment and procedures
  • Professional and confident in a customer-facing environment
