Department: Supply Chain Excellence

Capability Area: Business Process

Location: North Vancouver

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As Manager, Business Process, you own the design, improvement, and governance of supply chain planning processes across the organization. You are the person who turns operational complexity into clear, scalable workflows, facilitating workshops, diagnosing root causes, and driving adoption of process changes across functions. You bring structured thinking and cross-functional influence and are ready to raise the bar on how the organization plans and executes. It's a role with real ownership, visible impact, and the opportunity to shape how a world-class supply chain operates at scale.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Business Process team is responsible for defining, standardizing, and continuously improving enterprise processes to enable efficient, scalable, and cross-functional operations. The team partners closely with business functions, Technology, and Data & Analytics to ensure processes are aligned to business strategy, supported by systems and data, and consistently executed. Through governance, design, and change enablement, the team drives operational excellence and sustained business value.

If you were in the Manager, Business Process role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Facilitating process design workshops to map current and future-state workflows across supply chain planning functions

Conducting root-cause analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Leading the implementation of process changes, establishing clarity on roles and responsibilities, and driving consistent adoption across functions

Monitoring process performance metrics and escalating risks or deviations to the appropriate stakeholders

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

Developing standard operating procedures and process documentation that serve as the foundation for training and onboarding across planning teams

Creating process playbooks and reference materials that enable planning teams to drive continuous improvement independently

Identifying and prioritizing a pipeline of process improvement opportunities, translating them into structured initiatives with measurable outcomes

Partnering with business functions, Technology and Data & Analytics to operationalize processes within systems and ensuring data is effectively leveraged to support decision-making

Are you our next Manager, Business Process?

You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field

You have 5-8+ years of experience in business process, process improvement, or a relevant supply chain or operations role

You have solid knowledge of supply chain operations, process optimization methodologies, and industry best practices, preferably in apparel, retail, or outdoor

You have hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement frameworks

You have working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Process Management (BPM) tools

You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex process issues and develop practical solutions

You are an effective communicator and facilitator, able to lead workshops and drive alignment across functions with varying priorities

You have a track record of leading change management efforts, with the ability to bring people along through process transformation

You have proven people management skills; you set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is CAD $108,000 - $142,000
