In-person working gives us the platform to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That’s why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn’t mean we’re not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.

You will partner closely with leaders in Trade & Distribution, Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and more to define meaningful measures, embed governance, and enable self-service analytics. How will you scale trusted insights across a growing portfolio and equip colleagues to act on them the moment it matters?

Accountabilities:

  • Specialty Pharmacy and Trade Analytics Leadership: Design, develop, validate, and maintain end-to-end reporting solutions spanning Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Providers, specialty distribution, wholesalers, distributors, inventory management, product movement, orders, shipments, returns, and related channel activities—delivering visibility that drives timely, informed action.
  • Scalable Reporting Solutions: Build enterprise-grade dashboards, semantic models, scorecards, operational reports, executive insights, and self-service capabilities using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and other fit-for-purpose tools; optimize for performance, reliability, and reuse.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Engage cross-functional leaders to understand business needs, define meaningful performance measures, and translate requirements into clear functional and technical designs that align to priorities and standards.
  • Actionable Insights Delivery: Analyze trends, performance drivers, operational exceptions, inventory risks, distribution patterns, and data anomalies to deliver concise, decision-ready recommendations that improve outcomes.
  • Data Quality and Reporting Governance: Establish and maintain business rules, data definitions, data mappings, reconciliations, validation procedures, documentation, data lineage, and controls to ensure accurate, consistent, transparent, and audit-ready reporting.
  • Innovation and Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, user experience, and decision support through automation, advanced analytics, and responsible AI—accelerating time to insight.
  • Delivery and Prioritization: Lead intake, prioritization, planning, testing, release, and ongoing support of analytics products—balancing strategic initiatives, operational demands, capacity, and urgency.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate data and reporting discrepancies, assess business impact, coordinate with data owners and technology teams to resolve root causes, and communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders.Adoption and Self-Service Enablement: Provide training, guidance, and support so users understand dashboards, data definitions, and analytical capabilities—and can confidently interpret and act on insights.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Extend expertise beyond Specialty Pharmacy and Trade & Distribution to support broader analytics and reporting needs across the business as required.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer or information sciences, business, engineering, supply chain, life sciences, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, commercial operations, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade & Distribution, inventory management, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a related industry.
  • Technical expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL, including data modeling, semantic models, DAX, Power Query, complex queries, data transformations, large datasets, cloud data platforms, dashboard development, performance optimization, and reporting governance.
  • Business and data knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Provider, specialty distribution, inventory, order, shipment, product, customer, provider, or related commercial data.
  • Analytics solution delivery: Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable dashboards, reports, scorecards, analytical models, and decision-support solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Data quality and governance: Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, data quality, business rules, documentation, data lineage, controls, privacy, security, and responsible use of commercial and healthcare-related data.
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and analytical findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Relevant industry experience: 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion, specialty distribution, Trade & Distribution, commercial operations, supply chain analytics, or a related environment.
  • Specialty data expertise: Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Provider, specialty distribution, claims, prescription, fulfillment, shipment, inventory, returns, order-status, provider, customer, and product data models.
  • Broader technology experience: Experience with additional data, analytics, and visualization technologies such as Python, R, Databricks, Spark, Azure, AWS, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced analytics and AI: Experience applying artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine learning, forecasting, anomaly detection, natural-language analytics, or automated insight generation to business problems.
  • Pharmaceutical data sources: Familiarity with platforms and data sources such as Veeva, IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy data, specialty distribution data, patient hub data, claims data, or related commercial datasets.
