Job description

Where Decoda is headed

Our mission is to add healthy years to people's lives, starting with elective care.

We're building the software powering the clinics at the forefront of aesthetics, wellness and longevity. As Decoda grows, so does the opportunity to shape how this industry thinks, operates and evolves.

Marketing will be central to that. We need to turn what we're building into a brand people recognize, trust and want to follow, one that gives Decoda a distinct point of view and makes us a defining voice in the industry. You'll have the opportunity to build that from the ground up.

The role

You own how the market sees Decoda.

You'll set our brand identity and positioning, then make sure everything we put in front of the market tells the same story. Our ads, our content, our launches and our point of view should all line up behind it.

You'll work closely with leadership and know where the company is headed. You'll turn those goals into a marketing plan, put it into action, and show whether it's working.

You'll also lead the people doing the work. You'll mentor and train our content and creative team, raise the bar on what they make, and help them grow into stronger marketers.

How you'll help us get there

Own the brand. You'll define Decoda's brand identity and positioning and protect it everywhere we show up. One voice, one look, one clear point of view, from an ad to a conference booth.

Make Decoda the voice of elective care. You'll build our thought leadership on where the industry is headed across longevity, wellness and aesthetics. When something changes, Decoda should be part of the conversation.

Build the strategy. You'll set the marketing plan and tie it straight to company goals. Every campaign should have a reason to exist and a number it's meant to move.

Connect ads and content. Our paid and organic work should work together, not side by side. You'll plan ads, content and messaging as one system so they pull in the same direction.

Make every launch land. We ship products quickly. You'll build the plan that takes each release to market, so clinic owners understand why it matters and want to use it.

Turn customers into our best marketing. You'll build the system for collecting client feedback, testimonials and success stories, and turn them into proof that sells.

Grow the team. You'll mentor and train our more junior marketers, give them clear direction and honest feedback, and build a team that can scale with the company.

What we are looking for

  • 4 to 7 years in marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or high growth startup

  • You've owned brand or positioning yourself, not just carried out someone else's plan

  • You've mentored or managed at least one marketer

  • Experience running paid and organic channels together around launches

  • You have a point of view. You can spot where an industry is going and turn it into a story people want to follow

  • Strong writing. You can sharpen a message and explain why the new version is better

  • Commercial instincts. You connect marketing work to pipeline and revenue, not just engagement

  • You're happy to roll up your sleeves. You'll set the strategy and still write the copy when it matters

  • Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness or longevity is a plus, not a requirement
