Job description

About Us

Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. Founded in 1985, Marcon is an established real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, building and managing properties across Metro Vancouver. A focus on quality and craft is what the business was built on, giving us a trusted name in the construction community. These principles have remained a focus as we’ve expanded into the real estate development and operations space, managing our own projects from conception through to execution, completion, and more recently ongoing management.

We have a commitment to providing elevated experiences at every touch point between our people, our buildings, and our communities. None of this is possible without a hardworking team, working together, to make it all happen. That’s why we’re looking for people who are eager to join an intelligent and motivated team to create something bigger than themselves and build communities that will impact a neighbourhood in infinite ways.

Job Description

Marcon is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Langley and Vancouver offices. This opportunity is well suited to someone who takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment.

In this role, you will oversee general office operations, support facility management needs, and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers. You will also work closely with a team of administrative professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Opportunity

As Office Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring our workplaces operate smoothly and effectively. From coordinating office services and facilities to supporting administrative operations and vendor partnerships, you will help create an environment where our teams can do their best work.

This position will be fully office-based, with time split between our Langley and Vancouver locations, requiring flexibility and a consistent presence across both offices.

What You Bring

  • Experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and office-related services.

  • A collaborative approach to working with and supporting administrative professionals.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive mindset, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering a positive workplace experience.

  • Flexibility to work between our Langley and Vancouver offices.

What We Offer

Marcon is committed to building an inclusive, inspired, and high-performance team culture where our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Excellence guide how we show up every day. If you are at the top of your game or want to find an environment to push you to it and if you want to find like-minded teams that strive for innovation and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you! Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture.
