ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will guide the Catalyst Studios Finance team supporting our NHL, UFC, and F1 franchises. RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Serve as a strategic finance partner to studio, product, commercial, and finance leaders, influencing business decisions across franchise strategy, investment prioritization, resource allocation, and return on investment.

● Translate franchise economics, player behavior, monetization trends, KPIs, cost drivers, live services, and new product investments into clear insights and recommendations that support growth, profitability, and long-term business success.

● Own financial planning and performance analysis across supported franchises, including full P&L management, forecasting, close analysis, risks and opportunities, scenario analysis, and executive reporting.

● Lead and coach Catalyst FP&A team, setting clear priorities, providing thoughtful guidance, and enabling high-quality decision support and strong business impact.

● Enhance team productivity and impact through prioritization, simplification, automation, standardization, and thoughtful change management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

● 8 + years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field; gaming experience helpful.

● Experience mentoring and coaching a high-performing team.

● Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, business case development, and full P&L management.

● Experienced with accounting principles and GAAP

● Experience using modern financial systems, BI tools, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline reporting, enhance forecasting accuracy, and automate routine processes.

● Experienced in communicating analytical findings and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights across a variety of audience levels.
