  • You’re a strong communicator who can adapt your approach and create clear, engaging written content.
  • You’re curious about recruitment, technology and data and enjoy finding new and more efficient ways of working.
  • You’re analytical and comfortable working with recruitment data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing wherever needed.
  • You exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential candidate and employee information.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities across the hiring process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Create and post job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment materials, templates and interview guides.
  • Administer recruitment assessments, reference checks, offer letters, pre-employment activities and employee referral payments.
  • Monitor the Talent Acquisition shared inbox and provide timely support to candidates, team members and hiring leaders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition and recruitment data in Workday and other Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, hiring events and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reporting and analytics, identifying trends, data issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, technology implementations and new recruitment tools.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve recruitment processes, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition documentation, resources and knowledge materials.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and project support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Manager.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary education in HR, business or a related field.
  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination or recruitment operations, preferably within an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system or HRIS; experience with Workday is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to create professional candidate communications and recruitment content.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Copilot.
  • Comfort working with recruitment data, preparing reports and identifying trends or data quality issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Experience creating employer branding, recruitment marketing or social media content.
