THE OPPORTUNITY

AlarmTek is a family-owned Canadian security company built in Saskatoon. We are looking for a patient, curious problem-solver who enjoys helping people and takes pride in finding the right answer.

You will be the knowledgeable voice customers rely on when a security system, camera, app or connected device is not working as expected. Your goal is not simply to close tickets. It is to solve problems and protect customer trust.

WHAT YOULL DO

Receive and troubleshoot customer requests by phone, email and support systems.
Diagnose issues involving alarm systems, sensors, cameras, video doorbells, apps, account access and connectivity.
Guide customers through clear, step-by-step solutions.
Document every interaction accurately and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with technicians and other teams to ensure issues are resolved.

YOULL BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU

Think logically and stay calm when the answer is not obvious.
Can explain technical steps in simple, respectful language.
Are patient with customers who are not technically confident.
Are comfortable with mobile apps, connected technology and basic networking.
Stay organized, document carefully and follow through.

WHY ALARMTEK

We will train you on AlarmTek products, troubleshooting standards, customer experience and support systems.
