  • Lead the preparation of quarterly enterprise risk reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Risk Committee (RC).
  • Build and mature enterprise risk registers, risk taxonomy, risk acceptance processes, and other foundational ERM capabilities.
  • Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify, assess, and manage risks across the organization.
  • Review and challenge New Initiative Risk Assessments (NIRAs) and significant business initiatives, providing independent risk oversight and supporting risk-informed decision-making.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory expectations and emerging industry practices and assess potential impacts on the organization.
  • Lead the annual risk management self-assessment process against applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory reviews and audits.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles, governance frameworks, risk appetite, risk monitoring, and internal controls.
  • Experience developing, monitoring, or reporting on risk limits and key risk indicators (KRIs).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Professional designations such as CRM, CRMA, CPA, FRM, or equivalent are considered an asset.

  • Strategic – You understand how effective risk management enables the organization to achieve its objectives and support long-term success.
  • Implementation-Oriented – You enjoy turning concepts, frameworks, and strategies into practical processes, tools, and sustainable ways of working.
  • Adaptable – You are comfortable working in an evolving environment where priorities shift and new opportunities emerge.
  • Proactive – You take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and help move ideas from concept to implementation.
