  • Analyze weather, NOTAMs, aircraft performance, airspace restrictions, airport conditions, and operational constraints to support safe and efficient flight planning decisions.
  • Monitor flight progress and operational conditions throughout the flight lifecycle, identifying and addressing risks, disruptions, and operational impacts as they arise.
  • Evaluate operational conditions and recommend solutions to support safety, operational reliability, and network performance.
  • Coordinate with Flight Operations, Airports, Maintenance, Crew Scheduling, Air Traffic Services, and other operational stakeholders to ensure the timely exchange of critical operational information.
  • Ensure operating crews receive accurate and timely flight plans, weather information, operational briefings, and other required documentation.
  • Optimize routing, fuel planning, and payload capability while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and operational constraints.
  • Support irregular operations by assessing operational impacts, developing recovery plans, and communicating operational decisions to affected stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives, process improvements, and departmental objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
