About Monark:

Monark Group is a diversified holding company committed to powering strategic growth and innovation across three core arenas: Global Shipping Logistics, Health Technology, and Real Estate Development. With more than five decades of industry expertise, we combine deep technical know-how, rigorous quality standards, and a people-first culture to deliver measurable impact for our clients, partners, and communities.

At Monark Group, their mission is to innovate responsibly - partnering with purpose-driven organizations to solve complex challenges, empower people, and build resilient ecosystems. • Innovation & Excellence: We challenge conventions, embracing bold ideas and cutting-edge technologies to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Sustainability & Community: We prioritize long-term, responsible growth—balancing business goals with environmental stewardship and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, email, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Prepare and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Track follow-ups, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the CEO focused on top priorities
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners, including legal counsel and vendors
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Event & Office Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, team events, offsites, and executive retreats
  • Oversee upkeep of the executive office, coffee bar, and boardroom areas
  • Support general office administration, including printing, filing, supplies, and courier services
  • Greet and host guests and visitors to the Executive Office

Ad Hoc Projects & Special Assignments

  • Assist with project coordination across business initiatives
  • Maintain and update business contact records, CRM entries, and digital files
  • Assist with special assignments and projects to support the CEO or executive team

Requirements

  • Professional-level written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
