  • Partner with branch and operational teams to support growth, member acquisition, and retention initiatives
  • Provide leadership for sponsorships, donations, grants, financial literacy programs, and community investment activities
  • Build strong relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and external marketing partners while providing strategic direction and oversight
  • Use campaign performance, member insights, market intelligence, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Manage the marketing and community impact budget and support annual business planning processes
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and governance audiences
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Marketing and Community Impact team
  • Ensure the consistent application and protection of the Atlantic Edge brand across all channels and locations

This is a unique opportunity for a marketing leader who wants to make a tangible difference, both within the organization and across the communities we serve.

About You
