Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As Manager, Integrated Systems and Process, you own the strategy, design, improvement, and enablement of business processes and supporting technologies across the Commercial organization. You transform operational complexity into scalable workflows, helping teams work more effectively through process excellence, systems adoption, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.

Partnering closely with business functions, Supply Chain, Technology, and Data & Analytics teams, you identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, adoption, and business performance. You balance strategic thinking with practical execution, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous problems while enabling teams to adopt new ways of working.

This is a role with visible impact and broad exposure across the organization. You will help shape how business processes evolve, influence system improvements, and support capabilities that enable sustainable, long-term growth.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Wholesale Operations team is a cross-functional group whose focus is to support commercial growth through scalable processes, technology solutions, and operational excellence. We partner closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams to improve how we work, strengthen the partner experience, and build capabilities that enable the future growth of Arc'teryx's global Wholesale business.

If you were in the Manager, Integrated Systems and Process role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Leading the global strategy, governance, and roadmap for wholesale ERP and technology that support Wholesale and Commercial Operations
  • Conducting root-cause analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Managing and developing a team responsible for implementation of system and process changes, including driving adoption, change management, and communication plans to ensure teams are equipped to maximize system capabilities
  • Translating complex business requirements and process issues into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience
  • Monitoring system performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Establishing governance frameworks, documentation standards, and operating procedures that support sustainable global growth
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial processes, technology solutions, and business objectives across regions and channels

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Developing long-term business process and systems strategies that improve scalability, integration, automation, and reporting capabilities leading to efficient and consistent execution across commercial functions
  • Leading the implementation and integration of new technologies and capabilities that strengthen collaboration between Sales, Product, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams
  • Representing the wholesale channel in cross-functional initiatives, providing business expertise and functional requirements to ensure processes, systems, and solutions support the achievement of business objectives, targets, and strategic priorities.
  • Growing team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and the development of subject matter expertise in a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Are you our next Manager, Integrated Systems and Process?

  • You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • You have 7+ years of experience supporting business operations, commercial technology, sales enablement, business systems, program management, or a related field
  • You have experience leading technology-enabled cross functional initiatives in complex environments, from concept through implementation and adoption
  • You have experience managing people and developing high-performing teams
  • You have experience managing third-party vendors, technology partners, and strategic business relationships
  • You possess strong business acumen and can connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
  • You have strong project and program management capabilities, including managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements and process issues into practical and scalable solutions
  • You have strong analytical skills and use data to inform decisions, and problem solve
  • You have working knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, workflow tools, CRM platforms, or related technologies
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is: CAD$108,000 -CAD$142,000
