Parmi nos établissements le Maggie Oakes, le Jacopo, le Vieux-Port Steakhouse, Pincette, Bevo Bar+Pizzeria, Restaurant Gaspar, Terrasse le Perché, Terrasse William Gray, et la Terrasse sur l’Auberge.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Mini-Bar & Breakfast Attendant contributes directly to the guest experience by providing efficient, warm, and attentive service, both in guest rooms and in the restaurant. This position combines operational responsibilities (inspection, replenishment, and service) with organizational duties (inventory management and room setup), offering a comprehensive view of the hotel food and beverage experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect guest room mini-bars daily, replenish items according to established standards, and report any irregularities (missing products, damages, or unusual consumption).
  • Set up the breakfast buffet, including food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
  • Welcome and serve guests at breakfast, providing attentive, prompt, and courteous service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and buffet throughout service.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management for both mini-bars and breakfast operations by placing necessary orders, verifying deliveries, and collaborating with the team to prevent stock shortages.
  • Consistently follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Actively contribute to the guest experience by anticipating guest needs, responding to special requests, and upholding the establishment’s quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service (hotel experience is an asset).
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and versatile.
  • Exemplary professional attitude, including teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, energy, honesty, initiative, and organizational ability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, verbally and in writing.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

AVANTAGES :

  • 50% de rabais employés dans tous nos établissements pour l’employé et 3 invités;
  • Rabais avec nos partenaires d’affaires (bien-être, loisir et plus encore);
  • Culture d’entreprise favorisant la valorisation des employés;
  • Événements de reconnaissance pour les employés;
