  • Maintain employee records in UKG Pro, including compensation, tax, benefits, and direct deposit details; validate all mandatory fields and pay group assignments are correct
  • Review time and attendance data in UKG for completeness and accuracy, following up with managers and/or the internal Workforce Management team to correct discrepancies in time for payroll processing
  • Support year-end activities such as year end reconciliations, adjustments, T4 & W-2 processing and statutory filings
  • Support payroll audits by maintaining organized documentation and responding to information requests from internal and external partners and government bodies
  • Maintaining and updating employee and system data
  • Participate in testing and implementation of system changes or enhancements in UKG Pro & WFM that are related to payroll, time & attendance, and benefits
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline payroll processes and strengthen internal controls
  • Explore and help evaluate opportunities to use AI and automation to improve reporting, streamline tasks, and increase team effectiveness, while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate review
  • Review error reports and make appropriate corrections where needed to ensure integrations are running as expected
  • Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management modules
