Workplace Safety & Access Coordination

  • Participate in Head Office OHS Committee and Fire Warden meetings.
  • Coordinate key and key-fob access with HR and Operations.
  • Maintain Key Holder acknowledgements and related records.
  • Report lost access devices, security concerns, or unauthorized access concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding office security and access procedures.
  • Coordinate Key Holder onboarding orientations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • High school diploma with some college education; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reception, administration, office coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and record management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A professional, courteous, and customer-service-focused approach.
  • Experience maintaining records, reports, and tracking systems.
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment.

Why This Role?

If you enjoy being the person others can count on, love bringing organization to a busy workplace, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people, this could be a great fit.

If you’re ready to bring your positive energy, organization, and customer-service mindset, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today!
