As Regina's favourite independent hotel, The Atlas° believes our people are our greatest asset. This role offers plenty of variety, opportunities to learn, and exposure to nearly every aspect of Human Resources.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Provide first-level HRIS support by troubleshooting issues, creating support cases, maintaining alerts, and assisting with HR system-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate IT access, system permissions, and equipment setup for new hires and departing Crew members.
  • Maintain health and safety records, incident documentation, inspection records, and training registrations for required safety programs.
  • Manage Crew uniforms, name tags, inventory, and other employee resources.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is an asset but not required.
