Working in an agile environment, you will oversee key areas such as project governance, release planning, solution stability, and continuous improvement. You will keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, decisions, and readiness for the future ERP system.

You will work closely with T&T business leaders, ERP consultants, and program sponsors from the parent company. Your experience in ERP implementation—particularly SAP S/4HANA—and business process improvement will help guide the program from planning through launch and ongoing improvement.

You Will

Planning and Governance

  • Maintain the integrated project plan, roadmap, milestones, and delivery schedule.
  • Track scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks, and expected business benefits.
  • Coordinate planning and priorities across business teams, ERP consultants, and the parent company’s implementation team.
  • Manage governance meetings and progress reports, and raise decisions that may affect the plan, resources, or business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate communication among business leaders, technology teams, and ERP consultants.
  • Gather and document business needs, and identify gaps, inefficient processes, and opportunities for digital improvements.
  • Help teams reach decisions on the future ERP design while making sure business needs and customer impacts are considered.
  • Record decisions and track items that need further review or resolution.

Program Delivery and Change

  • Coordinate ERP and related digital projects through planning, design, testing, launch, stabilization, and ongoing improvement.
  • Support teams in simplifying and standardizing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and reviewing existing customizations.
  • Coordinate change management, communications, training, and readiness activities with business owners.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints across workstreams, and escalate matters that need sponsor or executive input.

Continuous Improvement and Reporting

  • Share relevant industry practices and user feedback to help inform system design and improvement priorities.
  • Use project information and stakeholder feedback to identify delivery challenges and practical solutions.
  • Prepare dashboards and progress reports to help leaders monitor delivery and make timely, informed decisions.

Team and Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate the cross-functional project team, supporting clear responsibilities, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners, including SAP and system integrators, to manage deliverables and resolve issues.
  • Encourage trust, accountability, and continuous learning across the ERP program.

You Should Have / Be

  • An advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in ERP delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise systems implementation.
  • A track record of managing major ERP projects or workstreams. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience in retail or other consumer-facing industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean practices, modern ERP systems, and clean core approaches.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to connect technology and process improvements to business goals and long-term plans.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
  • Able to build trust and alignment across teams and lead effectively without formal authority.
  • Comfortable working through uncertainty, managing resistance to change, and helping teams adopt new ways of working.
  • Able to explain technical concepts in clear business terms and bring people together around shared goals.
  • Strong English communication skills are required. Chinese language skills are an asset.
  • Performance bonuses
  • Long term disability insurance
  • Extended health/dental/vision care
